Denise Herd is the founder and president of Herd Strategies, a full-service public relations firm, headquartered in downtown, Indianapolis.Outside of the business, Denise is a highly sought-after public speaker and workshop facilitator. She is passionate about developing businesses and is a certified facilitator of the Kauffman Foundation FastTrac New Venture and Walker’s Legacy Prospectus programs guiding startup entrepreneurs through all phases of business ownership.
She currently serves on the board of directors of Local Initiatives Support Organization (LISC) the Allen University foundation and Summit Indianapolis, a feminist theatre in Indianapolis, and chair of the Indianapolis Chamber Women’s Business Advisory Council. She is a graduate of the Stanley K. Lacey Executive Leadership Series, and an adjunct professor with the IUPUI Department of Journalism.

In his work, he partners with individuals, non-profits, faith-based organizations, and brands to create foundations and frameworks to use communications as a strategic tool for creative engagement. With more than 15 years of experience, Skyler is an award-winning communicator who has led regional, national, and global teams in developing values-based messaging through strategic communications, public relations, crisis management, branding, and identity mapping. Additionally, he is a consultant in creative strategy and direction. He sees our potential to bring creativity to our respective workspaces to design, develop, and build big ideas and better solutions. Skyler is the co-founder, partner, and chief executive officer of Leap + Pivot, a creative and strategic communications consultancy firm (est. 2017) formed to amplify the work of change-makers to transform the world.

Amp Harris grew up in the inner city raised by a single parent who instilled in him the importance of faith in God, family, and loyalty, which has made him the person he is today. In 1993, Amp started his own promotion company called “Amp Harris Production Inc”. While running his own company, and hosting events around the state of Indiana, as well as around the country, Amp Harris was asked to start a new chapter in his life, to be on 105.7 WTLC Radio where he started a popular weekend radio show called the “Basement party”. From there, Amp went on to help launch a new radio format, on the now popular local radio station WHHH Hot 96.3. As the on-air personality for Hot 96.3, Amp’s show was rated the number 1 radio show across all age groups in the area.
Amp Harris Production Inc, has hosted some of the biggest events and stars in the business from professional athletes in the NBA and NFL, entertainers, actors, hip and R&B stars, faith-based organizations, not-for-profit organizations, to political events. Amp Harris is also the founder and CEO of Amp Harris Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening diverse urban communities through proactive, innovative programming.

Bryan is recognized as a leader with strengths in strategic planning, consulting, partnership marketing, event management, and business development. He is an entrepreneurial and creative collaborator with a true knack for inspiring teams. He believes in data analysis, a user-centered design process, and the value of authentic personal relationships in business.
Bryan credits his success to passion for consistently helping teammates and excitement for learning at every step. His recent exploration of design-thinking, transmedia storytelling, and human-computer interaction has challenged him to move outside his marketing comfort zone. After stops in Daytona Beach (International Speedway Corporation) and Charlotte (GMR Marketing), Bryan returned to lead the CSM (Formally, JMI) Ideation team in Indianapolis.
